I live in Holland and I really want to know when Asus plans on shipping this version of the Eee PC T91 (with windows 7 and mutli-touch) to shops in Europe. I hope they have increased the size of the SSD or something like that and also upgraded the ram to 2 GB. I dont think they changed the CPU . I hope it doesn’t take long after the official release of Win7 here in Holland before it gets shipped Really want to buy this
This will be great when it comes out later this year with Linux debian Android.
Forget about Windows 7. Android is going to be a lot better. Windows probably stole most of the neat features in 7 from Android (just like they always steal everybody elses idea instead of developing their own).
.
That’s exactly what I would want. Pair it with the N280 (unless something superior is compatible with Ion), obviously running Win7 and with 2GB RAM, and I’d be happy. Would be perfect if this could double as an ebook reader in tablet mode!

Will it deem the screen unresponsive if I cover it with a matte screen protection in order to reduce the glare?

because 8.9 inch is more mobile than 10 inch…it’s not a huge difference between those two

I don’t think MS Office ever comes bundled with a new computer, maybe a 30-day trial tops.
You’ll have to buy Office if you want those apps.
