Putting Windows XP on a eeePC?
Anyone know if I can get Windows XP on this eeePC 900A? It’s got a 4GB SSD and 1GB of RAM. The OS, a modified Xandros Linux, is an insult to computers everywhere, and I reallt want to get rid of it for something that works. Also, please don’t suggest that I put Ubuntu on this thing. There’s a bit of bad blood between me and Ubuntu, and I left their “community” on a sour note.

Ubuntu community sucks. If you’re a newbie end you ask for help in a newbie way, they enjoy jumping on you. If you’re not and you post a detailed question with logs and all, nobody answers you

yes you can put WIN xp on it , USE a portable dvd drive and connect through the usb port to install win xp . Also make sure you boot into the external dvd drive.
Ubuntu Netbook Remix sucks on the EEEPC900 the screen is really slow
