Globetrotter OPTION Icon 7,2 on ASUS eeepc…how ?

I use a ASUS eeepc on Xubuntu SO and I want to surf on net with my usb modem Globetrotter ICON Option 7,2…Im new in Linux stuff and I have no clue how do it works …any help and tutorial step by step , please ?? Thanks !
