ASUS 1201N playback HD 1080p


My ASUS EeePC 1201N doing playback with Transformers 2 Full HD (1080p), while installing MSDN for Visual Studio 2005 via wi-fi, shows CPU dual core working only at 43% avg. I know that screen is 1366×768 720p, but the movie is on 1920×1080. Amazing! =) GO NVIDIA ION!! (my camera is a Cybershot DSC-W55, so old =( )

    @eriste21 de nada! el tema es así, obviamente que la pantalla es de 1366×768, por lo cual no es FULL HD. Pero con Adobe Flash 10.1, se emula y hace un uplevel para reproducir 1080p en la misma pantalla. Instale la versíon beta del mismo, y se q la nueva la van a mejorar! El programa es el Media Player Clasic de KLite Codex pack con el decoder H264 activado y la opcion VMR9 activada en el output setup. El video es directo desde el disco rígido! saludos!

    gracias por poner este video, en la web de asus ponia que podias ver videos en HD a 720 y conectarlo a una pantalla 1080p full hd (pero no decia que podia reproducir en fullhd 1080p) otro tema, es en que formato y con que programas lo haces? porque una unidad blueray a traves de usb a lo mejor tiene una tasa de transferencia baja y el video se ve a golpes no?

    loaded from the netbook, to be more specifyc, at the Logical partition “D” Drive Disk.

    How are you playing the movie? From an external drive or loaded on the netbook?

    You must update to Adobe Flash Player 10.1 beta, prevously you have to uninstall completly (including from windows registry) the nvida geforce grapichs driver, then update to flash player 10.1 beta and download the latest driver for the nvidia geforce, that worked on my asus =) the only thing that must be improved us playing youtube full HD, i have lag there!

    I currently have the same netbook but i could not play a HD 1080P video. there seems to be a log on the video when i try to play it. what do i need to do to resolve this issue? thank you.

    thanks for posting a video, i have my own videos showing HD on the same netbook but had problem without 10.1 beta. good to see other people making videos =D
