ASUS Eee PC Seashell 1005PE-MU27-BK 10.1-Inch Netbook with Kindle for PC

Hello,

I have an Asus EeePc it comes with Xandros,
I heard its possible with windows and macs to create a wireless connection with a laptop (while its connected with an ethernet cable to the internet).

Since I don’t have Windows installed here, I was wondering if there was a way to do this with Linux.

Usando la version de ubuntu 10.04 LTS version Lucid Linx configurada la pantalla tactil, funcionando perfectamente y muy rapido, el equipo viene con windows 7 instalado y con muchas chorraditas pero en windows funciona a trompicones, segun otra gente que comenta en foros si se desinstalan todos los programas que vienen en windows que no sean importantes el equipo funciona mucho mejor pero yo ni me he preocupado en eso ya que Ubuntu es la mejor opcion y raramente necesitas windows

I bought a Asus yesterday and set up a login password. The problem is that I must have screwed up royally when it came to typing in the password as now It will not let me log in can I disable the Password through BIO’S or setup?

Please help me!

i am wanting to get a eee pc and was wondering if it would just help me out if i went out and bought a 160 hard to help with storgage or not i am looking for a cheap computer

Well let’s try it a different way as many videos here on youtube use all type of methods but some are way to complex for most of us. So lets see if you use a Sandisk Micromate, 4GB SDHC card, Virtual CD/DVD Clone freeware software, Xcopy to transfer the data files from VCC to 4GB SDHC you formatted to FAT. This is how I did and sure these netbooks have there own card slots but lets focus on using an external one that doesn’t need to be setup in the bios nor anything else. As you can see from part 1 video the process works. In video part 2 you’ll see the final results. Which was so quick it only take 15 minutes to put the OS on the system.
